Lankaran Hotel will be constructed on old thermal spring facility in Lankaran, Azerbaijan.
Lankaran is relatively located in southern part of Azerbaijan, on the coast of the Caspian Sea.
Construction land is located in a very green plot full with trees. Gross Building Area (GBA) will be
approximately 20068 m2.
According to conceptual architectural design, Hotel and Spa building will
consist of basement, ground (with mezzanine) and 6 guest room levels. Additionally on terrace
level, a roof bar will be positioned.
