Lankaran Hotel will be constructed on an old thermal spring facility in Lankaran, Azerbaijan.
Lankaran is relatively located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, on the coast of the Caspian Sea.
Construction land is located in a very green plot full of trees. Gross Building Area (GBA) will be
approximately 20068 m².
According to conceptual architectural design, the hotel and Spa building will
consists of a basement, ground (with mezzanine), and 6 guest room levels. Additionally on terrace
level, a roof bar will be positioned.
