In the office building in the city center of Baku, which we started to design with its rough structure completed, the structural system analyses and the renovation of the carrier system were designed in line with these analyses. The architectural planning of the building was made in accordance with the office use. The building has been designed with the flexible planning principle in accordance with the target of varying user groups.

Office units varying between 50 and 350 m2 on the type floors and VIP office units with terraces were designed on the upper floors with a qualified, simple, and elegant interior architecture approach. For this purpose, while more than one independent office unit was designed on the floor, dividers suitable for optional office combinations were used.

To create the warm atmosphere we want in the floor halls, special solutions have been developed with our solution partners. Office layouts have been designed based on user ergonomics, and common recreational areas and sitting units have been created on the floor to be used by all offices. With the foresight of building management, a large lobby and waiting area were designed to provide high-level service to the offices. While providing controlled access to the building, a restaurant and coffee shop open to everyone were designed on the ground floor to relieve the tiredness of the day and allow the employees to socialize.
